MSMO is an ESA-ARTES 4.0 funded feasibility study to assess commercial opportunities to exploit upstream integration of different space-based services.
The goal is to identify two mission concepts that can enter the development and integration phase within 5 years.
Each mission concept under exam features a TLC service and one or two services among EO and NAV
